Terms of Service
These Terms of Service of this website are signed between you and CIH SURVEY. When you log in or register on CIH SURVEY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you may not be able to register.
1. User Account
1.1 You must be an adult to register an account.
1.2 You should keep your account password properly, and CIH SURVEY will not be responsible for any losses related to the account.
1.3 You are not allowed to create multiple accounts. All such accounts will be suspended.
1.4 Only one account is allowed per household. Only one account is allowed per device.
1.5 CIH SURVEY will not modify user account information at the request of users. For security reasons, only users can modify the data in their own accounts.
1.6 Any attempt to abuse our system using software/robots (not limited to surfing advertisements) will result in the suspension of your account.
1.7 Each user should use a unique payment processor account and should not share it with other users.
1.8 Temporary email addresses are not allowed for registering an account.
1.9 Email is the only identity for accessing our services. It cannot be changed after registration, and you are responsible for ensuring the security and functionality of your email.
2.0 When using our services, you should not use proxies/VPNs/TOR.
2.1 Any unsubstantiated accusations, intimidation, threats, or disrespect towards CIH SURVEY or CIH SURVEY staff/assistants may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
2.2 When the system detects a risk in your account, anti-bot verification will be required. Failure or refusal to complete the verification will result in the rejection of your account for use.

2. Deposits and Purchases
2.1 All deposits and purchases on CIH SURVEY are final and non-refundable.
2.2 All payments will be made through the links on CIH SURVEY. Other payment methods will not be accepted.
2.3 If your deposit amount is lower than the minimum requirement, it will not be added to your account.
2.4 If the system does not support your deposit method, it will not be added to your account. CIH SURVEY will not be responsible for such losses.

3. Referrals
3.1 You can refer an unlimited number of members.
3.2 You are not allowed to send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way to become your referral. You also cannot use third-party services that attempt to sell you referrals.

4. Offers
4.1 The use of VPNs, proxies, or other means to abuse the provided offer walls is not allowed.
4.2 CIH SURVEY uses third-party plugins to provide offer walls. We have no control over whether payments are made or not.
4.3 For some risky offers, the offer revenue will be pending for 45 days before being credited to your balance.
4.4 The offer refund rate is a key indicator for us to evaluate the quality of your offers. If your offer refund rate is higher than 12%, all your payments will be frozen until it stays below 12% for 15 consecutive days. If your refund rate is higher than 20%, your account will be suspended.
4.2 CIH SURVEY uses third-party plugins to provide offer walls. We have no control over whether payments are made or not.

5. Payments
5.1 CIH SURVEY is not required to pay users who have not reached the minimum payment amount.
5.2 CIH SURVEY will attempt to process payments within the first 3 working days of the request. If an audit is conducted due to suspicious patterns, the payment may be delayed for 7 days. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to delay the payment indefinitely.
5.3 Not every payment method is available in every country. You are obliged to ensure that the payment method you choose is legal in your country.
5.4 Each payment will be processed according to the payment information provided by the user. If there is a malfunction or a lost payment, the user will be solely responsible for it.
5.5 CIH SURVEY reserves the right to conduct anti-bot verification before allowing a withdrawal. Failure or refusal to complete the verification will result in the rejection of your payment.

6. Advertisements
6.1 We do not accept websites that contain automatic downloads, malicious code, use frame breakers, contain gambling content, or promote adult content and illegal activities.
6.2 We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that we consider unsuitable for display.

7. Account Suspension
7.1 If you violate our Terms of Service, we have the right to suspend your account for reasonable reasons.
7.2 Your account will be reset after 90 days of inactivity. All your balances will be forfeited and reset to zero, and all referrals will be cancelled.
7.3 Accounts that remain inactive for two years will be permanently deleted due to inactivity.
7.4 We will not accept any appeal requests for account suspension and will not reply to email inquiries unless a compelling reason is provided.
7.5 If you take advantage of system defects/weaknesses to earn crazy/unusual profits, your account will be suspended.
7.6 If you provide us with false information, including but not limited to country, phone number, birthday, and gender, the account will be suspended.

8.1 We are not responsible for any content provided through advertisements. You use the information here at your own risk.
